Why blogging when we can facebook?

Well, basically I am looking for a place where I can write my own thing without boring or/and bothering people who is not interested. Sometimes I wonder why they "friended" me in the first place. I didn't "friend" more than 10% of the people I currently have on Facebook, but I was dragged into that pity-acceptance at some point and sometimes I regret it. I will post about things in general, related with my life, trips, hikes, videos, funny or somehow relevant. Science and off course, volcanoes. Welcome!
